A WhatsApp CRM keeps every customer who messages you on WhatsApp as a contact with their history, so your team can see who they are, what they asked and where they are in the sale. The best WhatsApp CRM depends on where your customer records live today. If your team works deals in a pipeline, Kommo puts WhatsApp inside the CRM. If you already run HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho, pick a WhatsApp platform that connects to it on the plan you can afford. If you have no CRM yet, a WhatsApp platform with one built in, such as HiQBot, keeps it simple.

We make HiQBot, so read this knowing that. Every fact about the other five comes from their own pages, read on 31 October 2026 and linked below, and HiQBot's price comes from our live pricing the same day. Meta's WhatsApp message charges are extra on every tool here.

The short answer

  • A sales pipeline with WhatsApp inside: Kommo.
  • WhatsApp connected to HubSpot at a low price: WATI (HubSpot from its Pro plan) or HiQBot (HubSpot on every plan).
  • WhatsApp connected to Salesforce: WATI Business, respond.io Advanced, Gallabox Advanced or SleekFlow Enterprise.
  • Zoho, LeadSquared or Pipedrive: Gallabox.
  • No CRM yet, and you want contacts, leads and bookings from chat in one place: HiQBot.

Two ways to get a WhatsApp CRM

A CRM with WhatsApp built in

The CRM is the main product and WhatsApp is one of its inboxes. Deals, pipelines and tasks come first. This suits a sales team that already thinks in stages and wants every chat attached to a deal.

A WhatsApp integration to your CRM

The WhatsApp platform runs the conversations, and a WhatsApp integration to your CRM copies contacts, leads or deals into HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho. This suits a business whose CRM is already the source of truth. Check which plan includes the connector: on most tools here it is not the entry plan.

A third option sits between them: a WhatsApp platform with its own built-in contacts and leads, which you can still connect to a CRM later.

What to check in a WhatsApp CRM

  1. What syncs, and in which direction. Contacts only, or leads and deals too? Does anything come back from the CRM?
  2. One customer, many channels. If the same person writes on WhatsApp and Instagram, does the CRM know it is one person?
  3. Where the sales stage lives. In the CRM, in the messaging tool, or both, and which one wins.
  4. Who captures the details. A person typing them in, or an AI agent or flow asking for them in the chat.
  5. The plan that includes the connector. It is often the second or third tier.

The six tools

Kommo

Kommo is a CRM built around messaging. Its pricing page lists WhatsApp on every plan (one number on Base, three on Advanced, unlimited on Pro), sales pipelines on every plan, pipeline automation from Advanced, and no-code bots and AI agents from Advanced. It is priced per user: $25, $35 or $45 a month, billed for at least six months.

respond.io

respond.io's AI agents page lists native HubSpot from its Growth plan and native Salesforce from Advanced, plus Zapier, Make and n8n for other systems. Growth is $159 a month billed yearly, and contacts are counted as monthly active contacts, with $12 per extra 100 on Growth.

Gallabox

Gallabox lists HubSpot, Zoho and LeadSquared from Essential ($248 a month billed annually) with two-way CRM integrations, and Salesforce and Pipedrive on Advanced ($474). Its Basic plan connects to commerce and payment tools rather than a named CRM.

HiQBot

HiQBot is ours. Every plan includes a built-in CRM: each person who messages you becomes a contact with tags, notes, a timeline of conversations, leads, bookings and tickets, and leads move through stages you can rename, marked hot, warm or cold. When someone writes on another channel with a phone number or email you already have, HiQBot links it to the same contact. The AI agent and guided flows collect the name, phone and details in the chat, so the record is filled in from the conversation. HubSpot is connected on every plan: leads become HubSpot contacts, with a deal if you want one. Plans start at $49 a month; see HiQBot pricing.

HiQBot connects to HubSpot only; for Salesforce, Zoho or Pipedrive, pick one of the other tools. It has no Zapier or public API.
