WhatsApp marketing software sends approved message templates to customers who agreed to hear from you, answers their replies, and shows what each campaign achieved, all through the official WhatsApp Business API. The best WhatsApp marketing software for you depends on what happens after the send. WATI is the lowest-cost start of the specialists. Gallabox includes broadcasts and a flow builder on every plan. respond.io and SleekFlow suit teams that also sell on Instagram and Messenger. Kommo suits a sales team that lives in a pipeline. HiQBot fits a business that wants an AI agent and live chat to answer every reply.
We make HiQBot, so read this list knowing that. Every price and feature for the other six comes from the vendor's own pricing page, read on 31 October 2026 and linked below; HiQBot's price comes from our live pricing the same day. On every tool here, Meta charges for WhatsApp messages separately from the subscription. Prices change, so check the linked page before you buy.

What WhatsApp marketing software does
WhatsApp marketing is any message a business sends to promote itself on WhatsApp: offers, launches, reminders, invitations. Once you message more than a handful of people, it has to go through the WhatsApp Business API, and Meta requires an approved template for any message you start. WhatsApp marketing software is the layer on top that makes that manageable:
- writing templates and getting them approved by Meta;
- choosing who receives each message, from tags, segments or imported lists;
- sending within Meta's daily limits, and skipping people who opted out;
- answering the replies, by a bot, an AI agent or a person;
- reporting what was delivered, read and replied to.
Most of the cost of WhatsApp message marketing sits outside the software. Meta charges per delivered marketing message by country, and every tool here passes that through. The sending mechanics, limits and quality ratings are covered in depth on our WhatsApp broadcast page.
WhatsApp marketing samples you can adapt
A marketing template is short, gives one reason to act, and ends with a button. Four WhatsApp marketing templates that tend to earn replies rather than blocks:
- Back in stock: "Hi Emily, the linen shirt you asked about is back in your size. Want me to hold one for you?" Buttons: Hold one · Not now.
- Appointment slots: "Hi Sarah, we have three openings for a facial next week. Shall I send the times?" Buttons: Send times · Stop.
- Event invitation: "Our spring tasting night is on 14 November, 7pm. Would you like a seat?" Buttons: Reserve · Tell me more.
- Seasonal offer: "Members get 15% off service bookings this month. Book a slot?" Buttons: Book · Stop.
Each one invites a reply. The reply is where the sale happens, so plan who answers it before you press send.
WhatsApp marketing strategies that keep the number healthy
- Message people who agreed to hear from you. Meta requires it, and blocks and reports lower your number's quality rating, which can cut the reach of every later send.
- Separate marketing from updates. Order and booking updates belong in the utility category. Meta checks the category when it reviews each template.
- Send to segments, not everyone. A smaller, relevant audience replies more and blocks less.
- Leave gaps. Exclude people who received your last few campaigns.
- Answer every reply the same day. A campaign that gets replies nobody reads teaches customers to ignore you.
- Check the countries you send to. HiQBot, for example, does not send marketing templates to United States numbers, while utility messages still go. Ask any vendor how it handles US numbers before planning a US campaign.

WhatsApp marketing software or a marketing service?
WhatsApp marketing services are agencies that plan and run your campaigns for you, usually on one of the tools above. They make sense when you have no one to write templates or manage audiences. If you can spare an hour a week, the software alone is cheaper, and you keep the conversations with your customers in your own inbox.
Where HiQBot fits, and where it does not
HiQBot fits when replies matter more than reach: clinics, salons, restaurants, hotels, dealers and online stores where a campaign should turn into a booking or an order in the same chat. It is a weaker fit if you need:
- link-click tracking, A/B tests or drip sequences;
- image, video or carousel broadcasts (broadcasts are text templates with buttons);
- marketing campaigns to United States numbers;
- a CRM connection other than HubSpot, or Zapier and webhooks.
Common questions
What is the best WhatsApp marketing tool?
The one that fits your team and what happens after the send. WATI is the cheapest start among the specialists on 31 October 2026, Gallabox includes broadcasts and bots on every plan, Kommo suits sales pipelines, and HiQBot answers replies with an AI agent and your team.
Is WhatsApp marketing free?
No. Meta charges per delivered marketing message, by country, and the software is a separate subscription. The free WhatsApp Business app has small broadcast lists that only reach contacts who saved your number, with no automation.
Can I send bulk WhatsApp marketing messages?
Yes, through the WhatsApp Business API, with an approved template, to people who agreed to hear from you, and within Meta's daily limit for your business. Bulk WhatsApp marketing software paces the send and skips people who opted out.
How much does WhatsApp marketing software cost?
On 31 October 2026, from $39 a month billed annually (WATI) to several hundred a month, plus Meta's message charges. Check whether broadcasts are on the plan you are pricing: respond.io and SleekFlow start them on their second tier.
