A HiQBot sales agent answers a buyer on your website, WhatsApp or Instagram, works out what they want and whether they are ready, then sets the appointment or takes the order itself. It is an AI appointment setter that works in writing rather than by phone, and its job is to move a stranger to a booking on its own.
It answers from the documents you gave it, and when a person does need to step in they get the whole thread instead of a summary.

Upload your help docs, product sheets, and policies. The agent answers from what you gave it and shows where each answer came from, so it is not guessing.

It picks up who someone is and what they want mid-conversation, then flags the ones worth your team’s time without putting a form in front of them first. More on how qualification works.
When a buyer is ready, it books the meeting or moves the request forward without sending them off to another tool.
On the Growth plan a support agent handles the common questions and opens a ticket with the full thread the moment something needs a person.
Hands off to a human with the channel and the whole thread. The customer never repeats themselves.
Replies in the language a customer writes in, automatically.
Setting appointments
Every enquiry gets answered. Not the ones that arrive in office hours, all of them, including the one at eleven at night on a Sunday. Most software sold as an AI appointment setter places a phone call to do it. Ours does not. It works in writing, on your website, WhatsApp and Instagram, and it books the meeting inside the conversation the buyer already started.
We chose that. People do not answer numbers they do not recognise, and a lead who filled in your form at eleven at night does not want a robot ringing them at nine the next morning. A written thread lets them reply when it suits, reread what was agreed, and finish the whole thing without speaking to anyone.
It also means the qualifying and the booking happen in one place. Nobody gets handed from a voice bot to a form, and the buyer never repeats themselves.
Each industry pack carries its own qualifying questions. A visitor comparing options gets an answer. One showing buying signals gets asked what a rep would ask, and you set what counts as ready. Nothing sits in a queue waiting for someone to get to it.
Date, time, name, and whatever else that booking needs. The agent validates what it has before it commits anything, so nobody confirms a meeting against a typo.
Written against the contact, beside the conversation that produced it. The team reads what was said before they read what was booked.
Every appointment the agent sets also lands on your team’s real calendar. Available from the Solo plan.
Setting the appointment is the easy half. The half that costs you money is the one where somebody cannot make it and tells nobody. The agent handles that in the same thread: it can cancel the booking and it can reschedule it, without the customer hunting for a link or emailing anyone.
Neither is restricted to a higher plan. Somebody backing out of a meeting is as often a sales conversation as a support one, and putting the cancellation behind a paywall would mean the cheapest way for that customer to change plans is to not turn up.
The change writes through to the same places the original did, so the dashboard and a connected Google Calendar stay in step.
A good month costs the same as a quiet one. The going rate in this category is per lead or per minute, which means the better your marketing performs the larger your bill. We sell a flat plan with message credits, so growth does not come with a surcharge.
$49 /month
2,500 credits a month
The sales agent runs your website chat, WhatsApp and Instagram on its own. One seat, no live-chat seats.
$139 /month
6,000 credits a month
Adds two live-chat seats so a person can take over, plus Messenger, Telegram and LINE.
$229 /month
10,000 credits a month
Five seats, and a second agent handling support with tickets behind it.
A credit is drawn by an AI reply, and how many depends on the depth you set for that inbox: one at Core, four at Balanced, eight at Max. Nothing runs over. Replies pause when the allowance runs out until you renew or top up, so no bill arrives that you did not expect, and on monthly plans whatever you do not spend carries into the next period. See what each plan includes.

How it works
Upload the documents your team already uses to answer customers. The agent reads them and learns how you talk about your product.
Set its role, its tone, and the steps it follows. Decide when it should book, qualify, or pull in a person.
Your website, WhatsApp and Instagram are there on every plan, including Solo. Messenger, Telegram and LINE arrive with Starter. Whichever you switch on, it is the same agent giving the same answers.
Five industries ship with their own agent behaviour and their own tools, and every one of them is available on the entry plan. Each was written for how that industry’s buyers actually talk, so the questions a car buyer gets asked are not the questions a diner gets asked.
Answers menu, dietary and opening-hours questions, works out whether someone wants a table or a takeaway, then files the table request or sends the order to the kitchen.
The same depth as restaurants, including what is being served, what a guest can eat, and when the kitchen stops.
Qualifies on the vehicle and the budget, sends the details across, and books the visit to the forecourt.
Works out dates, party size and budget before anyone on your side picks the conversation up.
Qualifies the buyer and schedules the scoping call, or sends a proposal, rather than leaving them on a pricing page.
The behaviour can be extended for your own business on any plan. If yours is a dining room, the detail is on the AI sales agent for restaurants page.
The sales agent is on every plan. What changes as you move up is how many channels it answers on, whether a person can take a conversation over live, and whether a second agent works your tickets alongside it. Prices were checked against our billing on 4 August 2026.

On Solo the agent works on its own. Nobody takes a conversation over halfway through, and the owner still reads every thread. Starter puts people behind it and the sales agent hands over with the full history attached. Growth adds the support agent, which resolves the routine questions from your documents and opens a ticket when something needs a person. On Growth those tickets can route into Jira. There is a 7-day trial on all three, and the full comparison covers the rest.
No. It works in writing, on your website, WhatsApp, Instagram and the other channels your plan covers. Most tools sold as appointment setters place an AI phone call instead. We do not do that, and we chose not to: people ignore calls from numbers they do not recognise, and a written thread lets the buyer answer at eleven at night without talking to anybody.
Each industry pack carries its own qualifying questions, written for how that industry’s buyers actually talk. Someone comparing options gets an answer. Someone showing buying signals gets asked the things your team would ask, and the agent moves to booking once it has them. You set what counts as ready.
It writes into HiQBot first, against the contact and next to the conversation that produced it, so your team can see what was said before they see what was booked. Connect Google Calendar and the same appointment lands on your team’s real calendar as well. Google Calendar is available from the Solo plan.
They do it in the same conversation. The agent can cancel and reschedule, and neither is restricted to a higher plan, because somebody backing out of a meeting is as often a sales conversation as a support one.
Solo is $49 a month, Starter $139, Growth $229. The sales agent runs on all three. You buy message credits rather than paying per lead or per minute, so the bill does not climb when your marketing works. Nothing runs over. Replies pause when the allowance runs out and nothing bills automatically. Prices read from our plans API on 9 September 2026.
Someone opens in Portuguese and gets answered in Portuguese. You do not configure a list of languages or set anything up per language, and your team carries on working in whatever language they work in.
